The tuition fee covers lodging (March 5-10, 6 nights only), breakfast, lunch, dinner, lecture notes, book, and supplies.

(1) Once payment of the registration fee is completed, registrants will able to withdraw application with 50% refund until February 22nd . After February 22nd , no refunds. Or they can prefer to attend the following year with no charges.
