- Dage MTI color camera and three-chip cooled Hamamatsu color camera
- Slow scan CCD with a back-thinned, back-illuminated imaging chip for luminescence and fluroescence imaging (Cryo CH360, Photometrics).
- PXL Photometrics CCD camera (1024x1035, 10bit, 2MHz readout)
- Orca-2 (1280x1024, 12/14bit, 10MHz or 1.25MHz readout, ROI selectable) dual scan cooled digital Interline Hamamatsu CCD Camera.
- Linux-based Inovision software for image acquisition and analysis
- Silicon Graphics based Applied Precision DeltaVision software (installed in Silicon Graphics Indigo2 R10000) for digital deconvolution microscopy and three-dimensional reconstruction
