- Carl Zeiss 510 Confocal/Multiphoton/META microscopy system coupled to Axioplan 200M epifluorescence microscope
- 40mW argon-ion (458, 488, 514 nm), DPSS 561 nm, Red HeNe 633 nm laser lines
- Verdi 10W pumped Coherent Ti:sapphire laser with x-wave optics tunable from 700-1000 nm
- Temperature controlled stage and Eppendorf microinjection device
Spectral FRET Imaging Using the White Light Laser
The spectral FRET microscopy imaging was used to characterize different orange/red FPs as FRET acceptors for the donor of mTFP employing the "FRET standard" construct.

- 405 nm laser for DAP1 imaging and photoactivation
- White light laser: any wavelength can be selected from 470 nm to 670 nm in 1 nm increments
