Steady_State FRET Pictures


DVFRET bleed-through corrected images for BFP-GFP-Pit-1 protein. As is described in the text, the donor (D) and the acceptor (A) images were acquired and then processed for bleed-through correction using Isee software. To obtain the FRET signal the donor and the acceptor images are ratioed (A/D) before F(a) and after bleed-through correction F(b).


Localization of GFP-FRNK-ER* in the focal adhesion after treatment with the ER* agonist. Yellow - FRNK; red - stress fibers. Image acquistion - Isee Software using photometrics PXL camera. The image was digitally deconvolved and volume rendered using DeltaVision.
